ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a pleasant BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER who reports directly to General
Manager and effectively undertakes all marketing-related tasks of our organization, from social media
managing to strategic market planning. Key Responsibilities:
● Manage organization’s media accounts and website maintenance promoting marketing strategy
● Social team lead including event planning for vendor, team and clients events/dinners/treats
● Formulate, execute marketing strategy for independent mortgage brokers
● Document and meeting coordination including invites, agenda, minutes, and presentation
preparation for both internal and external
● Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc)
Requirements
● Well-developed written and oral communication and social skills (Bilingual English and Mandarin)
● 2 yr + marketing experience with strategic and thorough understanding of branding establishment
● Extensive knowledge of graphic designs (Photoshop/Indesign/Canva etc) and MS Office
(Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Word etc)
● Ability to prioritize and effective multi-task in a fast-paced environment
● University degree or college diploma; experience in financial industry is preferred
