Located at Richmond, a quickly expanding eCommerce company in USA & Canada need energetic people to help us to grow.
Core responsibilities & duties: • Create and maintain product listing and description • Process orders from different on-line platform, i.e. data entry into system, waybill creation, pick and pack • Pre-sale and after-sale service support over the phone and through electronic channels • Order data collection and analysis • Initiative to search and develop new market and new product • Support various eCommerce project and tasks as needed • Perform some warehouse tasks, or other duties as assigned
Requirement: • College or university education in Business, eCommerce, Marketing, Computer Technology or related fields • Strong business sense, preferably with 1 – 2 working experience in Canada • Strong computer background - MS Office, QuickBooks or similar software • Great understanding of customer service • Can quickly pick up product knowledge, with good attention to details • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, Cantonese is an asset
• Knowledge of Photoshop, graphic design is an asset
