Job Description We are seeking In-house Customer Technical Support for busy IT company, products focus on Restaurant, Retail & Wholesales industries. If you have strong communication skills, love to achieve targets and goals, want to learn more about the IT sector, You could be part of our TEAM.
Customer Service Daily Duty • Provide in person and over phone troubleshooting products issues • Handle paperwork and follow up with customer • Offer supreme service program
Qualification • Computer hardware assembling and networking skills required • Great customer service skills, highly organized • Fluency in English, Chinese is an asset
