We are searching for a talent who can generate content and communicate with our customers about new products, important product changes, and release notes.
Routine duties include (but not limited to):
Preparing the product's features and benefits Work with the design and production director to prepare the introduction of the different product lines Preparing online and print marketing campaigns (ads, artwork) Updating website content Managing social media content Engaging internal and external customers through email messaging Coordinating Canadian trade show events Creating 2D graphics for hardcopy and online content Assisting in video creation Assisting in sales writing tasks Qualifications
Proficiency in some Adobe programs, CSS and HTML (JavaScript an asset) Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (MailChimp and WordPress) Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, You tube, and Twitter) Personal Competencies
Excellent writing skills and attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Flair for graphic design Knowledge of website analytics Job Type: Full-time
