Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers in a professional manner
- Pick up income phone call and provide consulting to customers
- Prepare regular reports and presentations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Accurately describe financial product features and benefits
- To determine specific scheduling requirements.
- Build up and retain a long relationship with the client
- Processing the paperwork for opening and closing account in CRM system
Requirement
- Proven working experience in the financial industry
- Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
- Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic administration skills
- Able to develop and expand the relevant network
