The home is in the Hunt Club area (3445 uplands drive), close to amenities such as South Keys Mall, Greenboro and T&T. The house is close to the main road, it is safe, clean and quiet neighborhood.

The rooms vary in size and as such so do their prices. The prices are all inclusive including internet, hydro, water, gas. The Parking is extra. The share spaces such as the living room, kitchen, large balcony and the washroom are available. Room availabilities are as follow:

☞large master bedroom available $650 per month from June 1st, 2019

☞2nd bedroom not available

☞3rd bedroom available $500 per month from May 1st, 2019

☞4th bedroom not available

Currently I have two Japanese female students living in the house

International Students and Young professionals are all welcome.

First and Last month rent will be required due upon signing.
