Job description and responsibilities • Manage all accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger. • Manage bank reconciliations and ensure timely bank payments. • Be responsible to GST/QST tax reports and tax returns. • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. • Publish balance sheets and financial statements in time. • Audit financial transactions and documents. • Ensure the company’s compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Requirements • Certificate in accounting (CA, CPA etc.). • Minimum five-year working experience in the accounting field. • French, English and Mandarin. • Hands-on experience and knowledge of accounting software Sage50. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
