●  Responsibilities：

• Plan and work on indirect tax engagements with clients in various industries including public sector, retail,
• Perform technical research and consult on domestic and/or cross border transactions, indirect tax
• Draft file memos, opinion letters, and various reports
• Perform commodity tax analyses
• Help prepare presentations and conferences
• Meet the demands of clients and other PwC offices
• Help develop business and build relationships by becoming a trusted advisor to clients

• At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in indirect tax
