• Managing client and key stakeholders to help build and sustain long-term relationships with clients at a senior level;
• Defining and developing project plans that shape the overall approach, implementation and sustainment of change management activities including the management of these activities;
• Executing client service plans on complex engagements while working closely with Partners and leading a diverse team of Consultants;
• Facilitating client meetings and workshops to support change management efforts and build buy-in of proposed organization changes;
• Identifying and leading business development opportunities for both new and existing clients;
• Creating a learning environment through leadership and provide active coaching and mentoring to more junior team members to help them achieve their highest potential;
• Participation in practice development activities including thought leadership, business development and recruiting;
• Achieving expertise in a specialization and a strong reputation as a business advisor.
  

●  工作要求：

• 在知名公司有过专业服务或咨询工作经验完成本科学位(如商业、组织行为学、心理学等)；
• 有4至7年的工作经验，其中大部分涉及领导大规模、复杂的变革计划；
• 有项目问题诊断、解决方案开发、客户沟通、决策支持、文档编写、客户期望管理、项目盈利能力和团队领导经验；
• 有MBA或研究生学位或专业指定优先；
• 在相关行业或咨询团队环境中有ERP实施项目或其他解决方案的相关经验优先(SAP、Oracle、PeopleSoft、JD Edwards、Siebel、Salesforce.com、Workday、SuccessFactors、custom solutions)。
