- Assist store general manager in calculating working hours
- Assist stores to receive goods
- Assist stores in purchasing items
- Assist in the recruitment of staff
- Daily cash reconciliation and related accounting entries
- Calculate, prepare and issue bills, invoices, inventory reports, statements and other account-related documents
- Coordinate payroll activities to ensure all payroll data is compiled, processed and reconciled in an accurate and timely manner to meet all payroll deadlines
- Utilize the ADP Workforce system to perform payroll transactions, including transmitting, processing and generating payroll runs
- Review T4 slips; reconcile T4 slips with payroll records and payroll with CRA receipts
- Serve as the key point of contact for resolution of any payroll tax issues and all employee concerns regarding payroll related issues
- Responsible for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and internal financial reporting packages
- Other tasks assigned by Store General Manager
Job Requirements:
- Full time
- Hold a legal work permit in Canada
- Proficient in operating office software and sending emails
- Have office administrative experience
- Can communicate in English and French
- Understand accounting principles and procedures
- Work conscientiously and responsibly, have a correct attitude, have a strong thirst for knowledge, have strong active learning ability, and can work under high pressure
- Those with experience will be given priority
- Familiar with Quebec Labor Law
Salary payment method: bank transfer
Working hours: 10am-6pm
