Office Administrator We are looking for a person who is detailed oriented, has great organizational skills, can work under pressure and be able to multitask. Responsible, reliable and able to work with others. Job details Job type Part-time Fixed term contract Responsibilities: · Answer and direct telephone calls · Management of complaints and requests from tenants · Draft and distribute emails, correspondence notes, letters and forms · Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. · Minor Bookkeeping · Process invoices and track rental payments · Perform other duties in support of the Office.
