Responsibilities
- Taking care of customers' needs.
- Assist customers picking up parcels.
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Replying email as needed.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Help customers to arrange second delivery and respond to customer’s questions
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues
- Provide feedback to customer service manager
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements
- Good PC skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin ( both verbal and written)
- Intermediate French speaking skill
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, resourceful, responsible, independent, and assertive
- Be patience and customer-oriented, be able to use positive language
