Our goal is to relieve restaurant staff from physical labor and improve customer experience as well as operational efficiency. RESPONSIBILITY: - Manage and service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts;
- Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients;
- Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor;
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques;
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and make recommendations to management;
- Support robot deployment;
- Reach and exceed set targets. QUALIFICATION: - Sales experience in industries of POS System, Supermarket, Mall or Delivery Services is preferred;
- Experience in outside-facing sales or B2B sales;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills;
- A valid Canadian driver’s license and a reliable vehicle is required;
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese;
