● RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Plan and execute talent management processes including: workforce planning, recruiting & staffing, performance management, employee development, training and succession planning in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the administrative activities related to the HR function (absenteeism programs, maintain employee records, HRIS, schedule changes, probationary period, vacations, etc.).
  • Maintain and prepare the annual files for governmental reports.
  • Produce operations schedules and overtime needs by working closely with operations team.
  • Administer employee benefit, compensation programs, pension plan and other HR company initiatives as required.
  • Manage disability insurance program (LTD and STD) and provide support to employees.
  • Providing support to retirees for questions regarding insurance, pensions, other benefits…
  • Work closely with the Paymaster to ensure accurate employee payments and addresses issues.
  • Work closely with corporate support departments to review process and practices and recommend changes.
  • Prepare and analyze performance indicators (dashboard) and work in an advisory role with departments to identify required improvement initiatives.
  • Administer the application of the collective agreement and provide counsel/support on the application of labor relations, internal policies and programs throughout the manufacturing plant. Prepare and administrate grievance and arbitrations documents.
  • Participate in labor and employee relations meeting and activities that drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Partner with Plant HR Manager in the various mandates and files
  • Change agent in O-I's new management structure and mission, influencing human resources management practices and collaborating in setting directions and priorities.
● 职位要求:
  • 本科学历,人力资源专业毕业;
  • 至少3年以上技术或制造领域人力资源的专业经验,熟悉现代人力资源管理流程;
  • 申请人必须持有CHRP/CIRC认证;
  • 掌握流利的法语和英语(书面和口语);
  • 有生产、制造、分销/仓库和/或零售环境工作经验者优先;
  • 广泛了解人力资源相关项目;
  • 直接有效地执行人力资源项目或指导经理实施人力资源相关战略;
  • 熟练使用MS Office办公软件,特别是Excel, Word, Outlook。
● REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor Degree, Completion of a human resources program.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources in a technological or manufacturing environment with modern HR processes.
  • Candidate must have a CHRP/CIRC certification.
  • Candidate must be fluid in French and English (written and speaking).
  • Experience within production, manufacturing, distribution/warehouse and/or retail environments preferred
  • Broad knowledge of HR related programs including but not limited to employee engagement, recruitment / hiring, performance management, terminations, attendance management, WSIB & RTW.
  • A 'hands on' interest in HR activities while being equally effective executing HR programs directly or coaching managers to implement HR related strategies
  • Computer proficient using MS Office especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
