  • 制定呼入呼叫中心和数字销售的销售指标;
  • 与卫星销售总监合作,设计重点领域目标,并根据国家重点调整优惠和促销活动;
  • 推动最佳实践和标准,以确保一致性和质量;
  • 领导、管理和提高呼入呼叫中心和数字团队的员工;
  • 与市场、产品和销售团队合作,确保我们创造了足够的业务客户需求;
  • 领导和支持创新销售策略的发展;
  • 与销售主管保持联系,确保销售管理得以实施;
  • 与区域销售团队一起制定、开发和部署销售计划;
  • 关注行业趋势,与产品团队设计创新业务解决方案;
  • 监督和报告销售进度,制定策略和渠道。
●  Responsibilities:
  • Own sales metrics for the Inbound Call Centre and Digital sales
  • Work with Director, Satellite Sales to design targets, focus areas, and align on offers/promotions to fall in line with the National focus
  • Drive national best practices and standards to enforce consistency and quality
  • Lead, manage and improve employee engagement within the Inbound Call Centre and Digital team
  • Work with the Marketing, Product and Sales teams to ensure we are creating enough business Customer demand to exceed our growth objectives
  • Lead and support the development of innovative sales strategies through our call centers
  • Liaise with our Branch Sales Leaders to ensure that effective sales management principles are being implemented to ensure our success
  • Define, develop, and deploy sales plans in conjunction with our Regional Sales teams
  • Monitor industry trends and work with our Product team to design innovative Business solutions
  • Monitor and report on sales progress and develop strategies and channels to maximize success
●  职位要求:
  • 能够管理发展与业务伙伴和供应商的关系;
  • 有较强的分析能力,能够评估机会和风险;
  • 精通法英双语者优先;
  • 掌握卓越的商务沟通技巧;
  • 拥有扎实的通信行业知识;
  • 5-7年呼叫中心管理经验。
●  Requirements:
  • Proven ability to manage and grow internal/external relationships with business partner and vendors
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess opportunities and risks
  • Proficient in French/English Bilingual considered to be an asset
  • Superior business communication skills that allow you to encourage unscripted, organic and engaging conversations with your team and customers
  • Solid knowledge of Communications industry
  • 5-7 years of Call Centre Supervisory and/or Management experience
