• Provide excellent customer service to franchisees and field staff while providing them with policy clarification and direction.   Assist local advertising markets with budgeting and coordinate board elections with Headquarters to ensure each market has a current representative. Responsible for Advertising Review Board (ARB) submittals and process. Process requests for submarkets, market mergers or realignments;
• Provide assistance to staff and local markets by gathering information such as best practices, sample advertising, and/or competitor information;
• Organize the printing, production and fulfillment of advertising kits in applicable regions. Troubleshoot and coordinate the production and fulfillment process while collaborating with other departments where rules and/or guidelines are needed (i.e.: compliance guidelines, product preparation, etc);
• Assist in the contracting, orientation, training and transition of new local ad agencies.   Maintain a database of representatives as well as local ad agency contacts for the assigned regions. Provide liaison ad hoc assistance on special projects or invoice payments in critical situations.
