We are looking for a dynamic administrative/broker assistant (Full-time). The candidate must be autonomous, reliable, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks as well as demonstrate a positive attitude and organizational skill. Responsibilities: • Doing administrative tasks, ie. data entry, filling out forms, sorting out files, updating online documents, etc. • following instructions /Finishing tasks assigned by the team leader • Client Service: making and answering phone calls. • Creation and management of marketing and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Wechat), as well as designing flyers, promotion posters. Qualifications: • Newly graduated student or Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant,having real estate knowledge is a plus. • Quick learner, the candidate should also be patient, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of Office Software, ie, words, excel. • Knowledge of PS or AI is a plus. • Fluent in English and Mandarin and basic knowledge of French Benefits: • Base pay+ Performance bonus • Year-end Bonus • Health care • Work in DT area, easy access to public transportation.
