Responsibilities:
- Drive to various customer sites to perform installations and troubleshooting
- Install all associated service equipment for Residential & Commercial Customers (Home Security, Internet, VoIP, IPTV)
- Installs, tests, troubleshoots and repairs as required to CIK standards
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service and educating customers on products and services
- Ensures the vehicle, test equipment, and tools are maintained in good working condition
- Administrative duties such as updating tickets, equipment stock check and reports with detailed, accurate information
Service Territory: North or South of Montreal Island Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cabling and computer, network technology
- Experience in technical support/installation/electrical
- Excellent people skills, communication skills and self-management skills
- Willingness to learn and undertake new challenges and complete work within assigned time frames
- Must have valid driver’s license in good standing
- Must be able to work shift work, in weekend
- Ability to work both independently
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
