Requirements: Excellent command of French and English language. Provide excellent customer service at all times. Appropriately communicate with upset customers to resolve their inquiries.
Pick up the call during weekdays, and help customer for modem pick up, return, and exchange during the weekend. Basic technical trouble shoot to help customers resolve internet service issues in reception.
Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager
Working hours: Weekdays, 10am-7pm
Must have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs.
