Job description and responsibilities • Support the coordination and management of various projects; • Keep track and report on project progress; • Communicate with and support project customers; • Acknowledge, resolve and keep detailed records of customer complaints and comments; • Complete any and all other tasks assigned by the project manager in an efficient and timely manner; • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary.
