●  职位要求：

• 大专以上学历或相关领域同等学历，四年以上相关工作经验；
• 客户服务经验；
• 有持续改进方面的专业知识是一种优势；
• 熟悉微软办公软件；
• 掌握口头书面英语和法语。
  

●  Requirements：

• Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and four years of relevant experience;
• Customer service experience;
• Expertise in continuous improvement, an asset;
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
• Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French).
