Local company is seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant in Montreal.
The Accounting Assistant is expected to perform the following main tasks: - Maintain financial records on a dailybasis; - Accounts receivable and payable; - Conduct monthly reconciliation of every bank account; - Update company's operation database; - Prepare different reports as required; - Assume office and administrative duties.
Qualification Requirements: - Diploma in Accounting, finance or equivalent experience; - At least two years of local working experience; - Proficiency in English, additional language skills (basic French and/or Mandarin) will be an asset; - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office software, knowledge of Microsoft Access will be an asset; - Adaptable and quick learner.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
