- 组织、协调和执行客户战略,以提高销售和改善关系;

- Organize, coordinate and execute account strategies that lead to increased sales and improved strategic relationships.
- Create opportunities to sell business solutions, integrating multiple product lines to strategic accounts in the Quebec market.
- Provide product/marketing support and common technical information on Brinks’ offerings.
- Report developments and changes to current accounts and visit branches on a quarterly basis.
- Work with the Brink’s National Client Services where reoccurring issues may arise.
- Update all the information which is pertinent to the customer relationship into the CRM tool.
- Act as the single point of communication for strategic planning and be proactive at issue management and solving customer needs.
- 3年以上大型客户管理经验;
- 学士学位,最好是商业学士或有同等经验与培训;
- 必须能够在不同的层级提供多种集成的产品和服务解决方案;
- 需要了解金融机构或零售组织的决策过程和工作流程;
- 表现出出色的沟通和表达能力;

- 必须具备双语能力(法语和英语)。
- A successful track record of managing large accounts at all levels and 3 or more years’ experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably Bachelors of Commerce or equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Must be able to present multiple, integrated product/service solutions at various mid and high executive levels
- Knowledge of decision-making processes and workflow of financial institutions and/or retail organizations is required.
- Demonstrates outstanding communication and presentation skills and possesses the ability to articulate competitive differentiation.
- Thorough understanding of sales and marketing with an emphasis on providing solutions.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required
