●  Responsibilities：

• Identify RFP content requirements (technical, commercial, schedule) and coordinate the bid response plan with the team (i.e., sales, engineering, project management, finance, and contracts)
• Coordinate, oversee and review all estimation/proposal efforts from various departments to ensure compliant response to the customer
• Drive growth and profitability improvements through financial analysis to identify key opportunities
• Working closely with BU partners to understand their business, help them understand their financial drivers, and challenge their assumptions
• Delivering accurate, insightful and timely analysis compared against forecasts and budgets.
  

●  职位要求：

• 相关专业本科学历或同等学历，4年以上相关工作经验；拥有硕士学位以及3年以上相关专业工作经验；
• 具有扎实的商业基础知识和敏锐的金融触觉；
• 良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力；
• 较强的领导能力和结果导向；
• 能够使用微软办公软件：Excel, PowerPoint, Word。
  

●  Requirements：

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in a related discipline, or equivalent experience, with 4 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master’s Degree
• Strong knowledge of business fundamentals and financial acumen
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills and are results-oriented
• Experience with Microsoft suites: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
