- 参与客户拓展的计划和销售策略;
- 主动协助并向销售人员提供特定解决方案的培训;
- 与销售团队合作,通过演示向客户推广解决方案;
- 协助销售人员为客户做提案;
- 积极寻找和参与培训,不断提高技术技能;
- 为合适的组织提供产品差距和开发反馈;
- 根据客户的角色因素,与新客户和现有客户共享行业知识;
- 保持销售和客户关系管理数据一致,不断优化使用数据工具。
- Participate in account planning and sales strategy focusing on new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion.
- Proactively facilitate and/or provide training to the sales force on the values and outcomes of specific solution(s).
- Co-operate with the sales force in promoting the solution to existing and new customers with presentations and/or demonstrations.
- Advise Technology Consultants and/or sales on proposal generation and validation.
- Actively seek out and participate in both formal and informal training opportunities to continuously develop technical skills.
- Provide product gap and development feedback for the specific solution to appropriate organizations.
- Shares industry knowledge of customers based on their key drivers at the appropriate role level with new and existing customers
- Keep sales and customer relationship management data up to date in local agreed upon tools such as SFA, optimizing by using these tools consistently

- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years' of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree

- Bilingual (English / French)
- Strong solution and application expertise, and related demonstrated sales experience.
- Ability to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Ability to align and influence critical stakeholders.
- Strong support of customer centricity. Understands the importance of demonstrating concern for satisfying customers. Passionate about developing goals to improve our customer experience.
- Ability to adapt communication style and messaging to different audiences.
