• 在执行、监测和评价培训系统要素、方案、政策和做法方面，也承担额外的责任。
  

●  Responsibilities：

• The position is responsible for the provision of professional-level education products and services within an Area Control Centre and a Flight Information Region;
• Additional accountabilities extend to the National Training System with respect to the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of training system elements, programs, policies and practices.
  

●  职位要求：

• 成功完成教育或相关领域的大学学位，硕士学位优先；
• 掌握英法双语；
• 有辅导和课堂教学经验；
• 了解系统培训方法；
• 了解NAV加拿大软件工具（即Word、excel、Power Point、Microsoft Project）；
• 深入了解与成人教育相关的培训方法和流程；
• 了解培训评估流程和技术。
  

●  Requirements：

• Successful completion of a University Degree in Education or in a related field of study.
• Master’s degree in Education or a related field of study is considered an asset.
• Bilingual.
• Experience in supporting training development teams.
• In depth knowledge of the Systems Approach to Training.
• Knowledge of NAV CANADA software tools (i.e. Word, excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project).
• In depth knowledge of training methodology and processes as it relates to adult education.
• Knowledge of training evaluation processes and techniques to measure learning and to validate training design.
