• 与产品和营销同步，支持产品标识和战略；
• 与游戏设计部门合作，负责内容、现场运营和盈利；
• 管理团队中的设计师，优先安排工作，并与游戏设计合作；
• 建立和维护用于管理游戏参与度和产品绩效的量化模型；
• 分析所需的游戏数据，以审查功能性能，确定优化并支持决策；
• 与分析师合作，向其他利益相关者定义关于产品性能的报告和见解；
• 与市场营销同步规划和执行软启动战略；
• 在产品增长方面与市场营销合作。
  

●   MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES：

• Champion the Product Identity & Strategy, in sync with Product Leadership and Marketing
• Responsible for Content Roadmap, Live Ops and Monetization, in collaboration with Game Design
• Manage the Game Economy Designer(s) embedded in the team, prioritizing their work and partnering with Game Design on training, mentoring and career growth.  
• Build, own and maintain quantitative models used to measure/manage game engagement and product performance (KPI Framework/Model supporting Revenue Forecast and Weekly Performance tracking)
• Analyze game data required to review feature/experimentation performance, identify optimization levers and support various decision making
• Define/own reporting and insights on Product Performance to Product Leads, Marketing and other stakeholders, partnering with Analysts
• Plan and execute the Soft Launch Strategy (Territory/platform, Target features, Goals, Insights), in sync w/Marketing
• Partner with Marketing on Product Growth (Platform, ASO, UA, Creatives)
  

●  职位要求：

• 需要游戏专业知识，包括在制作游戏的经验；
• 优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，通过实际的数据探索；
• 必须使用中级Excel/振幅/自助分析工具；
• 有A/B测试、数据科学和SQL的经验者优先；
• 有很强的表达能力，能够在组织的各个层面上传达结果；
• 有合作完成任务的经验和较强的组织能力，需要有人员管理技能。
  

● REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS：

• 3+ years of experience in product management in consumer or game development
• F2P game expertise is desired, including prior experience in working on live titles
• Excellent analytical and problem solving ability through the use of hands on exploration of data.
• Intermediate Excel/Amplitude/self-serve analytics tools is a must.
• Experience in A/B testing, data science and SQL is desired.
• Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate complex results throughout an organization at all levels.
• Experience in getting things done collaboratively/strong organizational skills. People management skills are desired.
