- 战略品类管理规划与交付;
- 开发和推荐采购策略,最大化价值和减轻风险给公司及其客户;
- 执行指定类别的端到端竞争性投标流程;
- 确定并实施绩效指标以衡量供应商绩效;
- 审核和批准供应商设置和供应商信息更改;
- 审核和批准采购订单。
- Strategic Category Management Planning & Delivery
- Develops and recommends sourcing strategies that maximize value and mitigate risks to the company and its clients.
- Executes end-to-end competitive bid process for assigned categories
- Identifies and implements performance metrics to measure supplier performance
- Reviews and approves vendor set up and vendor information changes
- Reviews and approves purchase orders
- 大学毕业或拥有专业证书(如P.Eng、CMA、CGA或同等课程);
- 三年至五年的工作经验;
- 掌握书面和口头法英语双语;
- 有同时管理多个项目、制定和执行供应商合同协议、分析和解决问题的能力;
- 熟练使用微软办公软件。
- MINIMUM EDUCATION: University graduation or professional certification (e.g. P. Eng, CMA, CGA or equivalent courses)
- JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE: More than three years up to five years
- Bilingualism in French and English (written & spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously/Ability to develop and execute supplier contract agreements/Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Office applications. Ability to quickly learn proprietary databases
