- 与业务部门在组织设计、员工计划、继任计划、人才管理和技能评估和发展方面进行合作;
- 与高级管理层和人力资源团队合作,制定并实施人力资源计划和解决方案;
- 为一线经理和高级领导提供管理培训;
- 审查和分析业务指标和人资数据,提出合理的改进建议;
- 与业务部门合作,领导业务和绩效评估,重点关注绩效管理和人才发展;
- 提供薪酬支持,包括薪酬计划、薪酬行动的批准、晋升和职位调整;
- 与部门经理和员工一起解决各种员工关系问题;
- 与业务组评估、创建和实施客户组内的各种员工参与计划的解决方案。
- Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management and skills assessment and development.
- Work with senior management and the HR teams to develop and implement HR plans and solutions.
- Provide management coaching to front line managers and senior leaders.
- Review and analyze business metrics and HR data in order to recommend sound recommendations and systemic improvements (e.g. retention, employee experience, talent management data, etc.).
- Partner with the business to lead business and performance review processes which focus on performance management and talent development.
- Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling.
- Work with Employee Relations, line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.
- Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the client group.
- 人力资源管理或相关专业本科以上学历,硕士学位优先;
- 应具有8年以上人力资源工作经验,具有广泛的人力资源管理知识;
- 熟悉劳动用工法律,熟悉多个省份和联邦就业法律是优势;
- 流利的英法双语书面口头表达能力;
- 较强的分析能力,包括编写和分析报告的能力。
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources Management or related field. Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
- Candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in an HR role with broad knowledge and experience in human resources management.
- Experience with labor and employment laws, and handle employee relation cases is required; Exposure to multi-provinces and federal employment laws are an asset.
- Written and oral fluency in French and English is required
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to generate and analyze reports
