• Analyze requests for data and determine the best method to locate, assemble and report data to meet the needs defined by internal client groups. Clarify clients’ needs as needed;
• Ensure required data is captured in a statistically reliable manner;
• Design and run reports from multiple sources using statistical packages for analyzing data (Excel, SPSS, etc.) to obtain the data required in a reliable, consistent manner;
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques. Provide data and analysis for the development of reports to be used by the various committees mandated to evaluate accredited, health professions education programs across the Faculty;
• Develop and distribute accurate, complex reports to communicate findings in a clear concise manner to meet client’s needs;
• Provide advice and guidance to various units on data analysis and resolve issues or escalate as required;
• Prepare and deliver training to staff in regards to generation of statistical reports;
• Represent unit at internal and/or external meetings.
  

●  工作要求：

• 有3年以上相关工作经验；
• 具有设计和运行统计报告和分析结果的能力；
• 有指导和提供指导的工作经验是一项资产；
• 熟练的电脑操作技能，熟练使用office办公软件，包括Word、PowerPoint、Excel等软件；
• 良好的人际关系和沟通能力；
• 掌握英语和法语；
• 能够独立工作，注重细节和高准确度是至关重要的。
