• Receives and handles client requests, according to the timeframe and established productivity and quality standards; ensures client satisfaction;
• Establishes an advisory relationship with clients by identifying current or potential needs and encouraging client retention, where applicable;
• Helps identify operational risks and finds ways to continuously improve activities within the unit;
• Processes more complex or specific requests. Prepares files and submits recommendations for cases beyond his or her scope;
• Respond to the needs of the clientele, act on business opportunities and steer clients towards other services or subsidiaries;
• Analyzes, validates and authorizes requests for available investment, financing or insurance products and services that fall within the authorized discretionary limit.
