  • Participate in the strategic planning for Transat’s line of business (all tools related to customer experience management in the CCCs and the customer relations department);
  • Coordinate the resources in charge of/needed to deploy the Salesforce centralized customer file (internal IT, external supplier, training, continuity of quality assurance);
  • Define, establish, and/or improve performance measures for Transat projects/initiatives that pertain to customer relations and customer contact centres;
  • Provide a consulting role in the analysis, understanding, and organization of customer data and use the results to make recommendations;
  • Coordinate activities and discussions pertaining to the customer experience to make the best decisions while meeting business needs;
  • Help resolve complex issues by ensuring that permanent solutions are integrated into future versions of Salesforce;
  • Manage business priorities, pinpoint strategic issues, diagnose problematic situations, and make recommendations on how to get the most out of Salesforce.
●  工作要求:
  • 有2至5年类似或相关职位的经验;
  • 熟悉客户联络中心使用的系统和工具;
  • 具备分析和综合信息的能力;
  • 熟练使用英语和法语;
  • 有领导能力和创新意识,以及出色的沟通能力;
