• Work closely with the business stakeholders to understand business problems and build analytical models to discover insights;
• Conduct research, and explore and examine data to find hidden patterns to answer business questions;
• Produce and communicate actionable data presentations and visualizations for decision makers throughout the organization;
• Leverage statistical methods, and develop predictive models by applying machine learning methods to large amounts of structured and unstructured internal and external data;
• Perform data profiling, data quality inspection and feature selection in preparation for use in predictive and prescriptive modeling;
• Use strong programming skills in Python, R, or any of the major languages to prepare, model and train machine learning algorithms;
• Collaborate with BIS, business teams and 3rd parties to scope, design and deploy solutions for analytics projects;
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to manage developed tools in broader ecosystem and third party tools to form a complete and seamless Big Data analytics system able to run on static and cloud platform architectures.
  

●  工作要求：

• 拥有计算机科学（统计/计量经济学）学士或硕士学位；
• 有至少有10年以上的数据科学相关工作经验，最好是在运输和航空航天行业；
• 理解统计和相关机器学习方法；
• 能够快速掌握新概念和新技术，能够找到解决复杂新问题的方法；
• 具有较强的沟通和说服能力；
• 有良好的英语口语和书面沟通能力。
