- Support the execution of the TA Facility Operating Plan, to set up the internal systems, structures, processes and procedures to deliver the TA program; Identify and develop strategies to optimize the administrative process;
- Develop and maintain a roster of third-party service providers that can execute capacity building assignments; Manage the selection and management of service providers;
- In collaboration with the clients and the investment team, support capacity development needs and prepare project approval documents for the TA committee; Coordination of the TA committee including minute taking, agenda planning, setting meetings;
- With the support of the Legal team, coordinate the development and approval of TA project agreements, and coordinate procurement and disbursement;
- Develop a facility project management approach and tools to ensure proper monitoring, evaluation and reporting of facility outputs and outcomes;
- Monitor individual TA projects to ensure key deliverables are met and budget is respected;
- Supervise and manage individual project budgets and coordinate with the Finance team to manage overall facility budget and reporting;
- Prepare financial or budget plans and allocation along with the planning and finance department in accordance with each requirement; Liaise with other departments, including legal and accounting, for compliance on each individual contract
- Provide detailed reports to share with each team internally, as well as with the board of directors with respect to the organization's progress;
- Proactively identify compliance risks throughout the portfolio and advise programs, support teams and senior management on necessary actions;
- Build and maintain an information management system to keep abreast of issues and trends impacting the Development Finance community in the field of TA.
- 有工商管理、国际发展、国际关系、商务、金融等本科学历;

- Undergraduate degree – business administration, international development, international relations, commerce, finance
- 3-5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in a grant-making organization or a development finance institution
- Strong communication skills
- Be capable of drafting and delivering quality project proposals
- Comfortable with numbers, budgets and for reporting database management
- Bilingualism in both official languages
