• Hands-on involvement in all aspects of Quality Systems functions.
• Works closely with the cross functional teams to improve factory processes and overall quality.
• Supports Continuous Improvement projects to improve the effectiveness of the Quality Team’s associated processes, key metrics and the management of non-conformances.
• Actively participate in cross functional teams efforts to achieve quality objectives, i.e. Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCM), Issue Resolution (IR) .
• Communicate quality policy, standards and requirements and expectations to employees, suppliers and customers.
• Demonstrate and support a quality culture at Grass Valley, leading by example, where associates see, hear and feel quality around them.
• Accurately read and interpret blue prints, technical sketches, drawings, configuration, and customer documents to ensure product/quality requirements are being meet.
• Performs assigned duty as directed by management.
  

●  工作要求：  

• 拥有高中文凭；
• 有至少5年的质量生产工作经验；
• 优秀的沟通能力，需要掌握流利的法语和英语；
• 了解广播行业或音频、视频产品；
• 能够使用Tableau、Qlik或Power Pivot来生成数据库报告；
• 熟悉Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio和Outlook；
• 有时需要出差到内部和外部制造设施，最长可达2周。
