• Our Store Managers make an impact by strategically recruiting, training, and developing a productive store team whose primary focus is promoting our brand while creating an exceptional guest experience.
• They inspire and encourage teamwork towards successfully achieving sales goals while upholding daily operations and creating a fun environment.
• Their main focus is to observe and listen to their team, recognizing and coaching them to deliver an exceptional store experience in order to successfully achieve sales goals.
• They analyze key business drivers to identify the root cause of performance strengths and improvement opportunities.
• They embrace teamwork and focus on creating a positive environment for those around them.
  

●  职位要求：

• 在时尚零售行业1-2年的零售经验；

●  Requirements：

• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably within the fashion retail industry
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Able to adjust and customize according to the needs of the business
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
