I’m a young professional working from home at the moment for a food subscription company. I’m an alumni of Concordia and also work with the Concordia Stingers

I’m looking for a student roommate, who’s clean and respectful. My duplex has a furnished bedroom available within 10 minutes walk to Loyola campus. The rent will be $640, Wifi $21, and hydro approximately $100 per month total.

The place includes:
- Stainless steel appliances
- Washer and dryer
- Parking on the property, ample street parking, parking lots in proximity
- Close to the airport/VIA train station
- Close to major highways
- Buses 1 minute from home and night bus in the neighbourhood bringing you to 3 different metros
- Train to downtown, West Island and south shore within proximity
- 10 min walk to Loyola and the shuttle bus to downtown campus
- Furnished dinning room and living room -furnished bedroom
- Storage locker downstairs for your seasonal belongings
