You may refer to the following photos for details. The apartment might be the most spacious one you could find in McGill Ghetto area. It has an excellent floorplan with two well-separated rooms for two students to share (I sketched one to give you an idea).

The apartment is in a small but quiet building with around 20 units only. The building is located in Rue Durocher, McGill Ghetto area, with a merely 5-minute walk to McGill downtown campus and nearby groceries.

The price is $1049/month. Heating is included. Hydro is about $25/month.
