-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic. -Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment. -Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting. - Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier. -Providing general clerical support to the office. -Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

Education and Qualifications:
- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset - 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment. - Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
