Our company is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a wide proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of Quick Books and will also be able to perform basic accounting and sales tasks. Preferably with experience in construction. This position will require strong communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines. We're looking for a initiative person with positive attitude who'd help our company to provide exceptional customer service and be a helpful team player. Fast paced environment with various challenging tasks. Some of the main duties are: -Basic accounting duties (Quick Books) -Help estimating team with data gathering and communicating with general contractors; -Job follow-ups. Communicate with existing and new customers; -Assisting project manager with ongoing projects; -Internal sales. Help walk in customers; -Other duties; Flexible hours and positive attitude. Will provide ongoing mentoring and help to adopt to companies requirements.
