Position Summary:
We seek an enthusiastic Client Care Assistant to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and supporting our Client Care department. Reporting to our Project Manager & Office Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and grow professionally within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries via email and phone, ensuring resolution of issues. - Assist with accurate and timely order processing. - Maintain high attention to detail in managing multiple tasks under pressure. - Collaborate with colleagues for seamless client support and a positive team dynamic. - Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and team goals. - Update and maintain accurate client records in our database. - Support Client Care department with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in written and spoken English for effective client communication. - Proactive, friendly attitude, genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. - Excellent interpersonal skills, representing our company professionally. - Strong attention to detail in all tasks and communications. - Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office for effective collaboration and document management. - Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented environment. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (an asset). - Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese (an asset).
