Position Summary
We are looking for a competent Client Care Assistant to join our team-oriented company, to provide extraordinary customer service to our clients and assistance within our Client Care department. This position provides support to our Client Care Representatives and reports to our Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with the ability to communicate clearly by email or verbally and demonstrate genuine care for the client. They will have a high degree of attention to detail, be able to work diligently under pressure, while maintaining accuracy.
Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken English - majority of work will be spent communicating with clients via email and phone - Prompt, courteous, willing to help attitude - Excellent interpersonal skills & client service skills - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to prioritize work tasks - Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and as part of a team - Drivers license with clean driving record an asset - Mandarin or Cantonese as a second language an asset
