Position Summary
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team-oriented company. To assist with clerical and administrative duties such as: greeting clients, answering/redirecting calls, maintaining and updating files and records, shipping/receiving, managing calendars, and handling basic bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, receivables, and payables. This position reports to our Project Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with previous administrative or clerical experience. They will have a high degree of attention to detail, be able to work independently and diligently, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Qualifications
- Fluent English oral and written communication skills - Prompt, positive, willing to help attitude - Proficiency with office and basic accounting procedures - Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Workspace - Efficient typing - Excellent attention to detail - Diplomacy and tact with clients - Drivers license with clean driving record an asset - Mandarin or Cantonese as a second language an asset
