Job duties: 1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals 2. Arrange the viewing appointments 3. Maintenance requests follow up 4. Handling phone calls and emails 5. Bookkeeping 6. Visit the building and enter the units 7. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed 8. More duties to be assigned
