1. Job title: Marketing manager 2. Schedule:: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm 3. Job duties: • Strategy development and planning of campaigns that will promote the business and generate traffic (both online and offline) • Implementation of marketing campaigns from ideation to final analysis and refinement • Creating engagement and informative content for website, social media, and other content marketing channels that the business might leverage • Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insight • Ensuring all products, services and other offerings conform to brand identity; conducting ongoing brand management 4. Requirements: • Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role • Relative experience of trading will be an asset • Excellent communication skills, including oral, written and presentation • Excellent relationship-building and people skills combined with sound judgment • Flexibility and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
