Job Title: Export product manager& Rental Property Management Assistant & Book keeping

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1、Export documents prepare
2、Responds to clients' inquiries by email or phone
3、Prepare monthly financial statement Prepare and organize all required paper work for each rental unit Facilitates credit and reference checks for prospective tenants.
4、Keeps proper books and accounts for each rental property as per accounting requirements Create/edit/input new data into Quickbook and edit Excel form in fast paced Maintain paper and electronic filing systems
5、Website maintaining
6、Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Experience or knowledge in engineering is an asset ; Knowledge of office software and Excel Excellent ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English;Bookkeeping / accounting education background and experience are an asset; Knowledge of Website design is an asset;
7、You must can have a job legally in Canada
