Responds to clients' inquiries by email or phone Prepare monthly financial statement Prepare and organize all required paper work for each rental unit Facilitates credit and reference checks for prospective tenants. Keeps proper books and accounts for each rental property as per accounting requirements Create/edit/input new data into Quickbook and edit Excel form in fast paced Maintain paper and electronic filing systems Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience in Rental Property Management is an asset Excellent working knowledge of Quickbook and Excel Excellent ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English Bookkeeping / accounting education background and experience are an asset Strong working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act Attention to detail and accuracy, even as priorities change and urgencies intervene Must be a Resident of Canada
