Title:   Junior Sales Representative – Food Services (Chinese Restaurants)

Canda Six Fortune Enterprise Co. Ltd. is a leading importer and distributor of food products from the Pacific Rim and other regions of the world. We are currently looking for someone who is client-focused to be the Junior Sales Representative to support the Sales Team with our Food Services sub-department of Sales.

Position Summary:
The Junior Sales Representative reports to the Food Service Sales Manager and is a team-player to support the Sales department in achieving sales targets. The role involves the Junior Sales Representative to travel locally to meet customers for sales meetings.

Responsibilities:
•   Works collaboratively with restaurant customers to maximize product presentations
•   Resolves customer issues and problems by exhibiting a sense of urgency and professionalism
•   Achieves and sets targets and objectives to maximize sales
•   Observes and reports in-store promotional activities and products
•   Assists the Sales team by providing constant communication of progress and flexible to adapt to changes to support sales representatives
•   Frequent travelling within the Lower-mainland to visit customers
•   Collect payments on a regular basis and constantly ensure that there are no aging debts due more than 60 days

Requirements/ Must-haves:
•   Legally entitled to work in Canada
•   Persuasive communication skills for sales
•   Proficient spoken and written English
•   Use of a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license for travelling
•   Ability to lift/carry cases of product up to 20kg

Assets/ Nice-to-Haves:
•   Be able to speak Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese or Korean is considered an asset
•   Passion for food and love for learning new recipes
