Juillet Beauty Center is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager. This position is full time. Candidates must be open to work on Saturdays along with day and evening hours throughout the week. Responsibilities:
•Ensure the office is operating smoothly and on schedule •Achieve team membership goals, promote upgrades, packages and retail sales. •Coordinates marketing efforts with Management for New Guests, Membership and promotional opportunities. •Inventory: monitoring and ordering products/supplies •Complete appropriate checklists and offer suggestions for improved systems •Customer Satisfaction Surveys; review daily and follow up on complaints •Provide the front desk staff with continuous training on improving customer service skills and the best ways to present all products and services •Handle complaints as appropriate •Be trained and able to step into any role when necessary. •Review team training, monthly specials, and updates on protocols •Assist with Monthly Team Meetings as necessary: Review up-dates, Review Customer Satisfaction Survey results, Review monthly specials, Review incentive goals & update, Encourage the staff

Qualifications:
•Two or more years of supervisorial experience in healthcare or spa industry. •Computer experience with client scheduling software and basic computer knowledge preferred
