Canda Six Fortune Enterprise Co. Ltd. is one of the leading importers and distributors of Asian food products from around the world. We are currently looking for a passionate Marketing Assistant to support the growing Marketing department who is creative and enjoys taking initiatives.

Position Summary:
The Marketing Assistant reports to the Marketing Officer and is responsible for planning and execution for all marketing strategies across different communication channels. This involves a broad range of tasks such as administering marketing plans, executing marketing activities and graphic design. This role requires the candidate to be strong with communication, organization and graphic designing skills to deliver quality results.

Job Responsibilities:
•   Assist and coordinate marketing promotion events –30%;
•   Help design product flyers and posters –25%;
•   Arrange food demonstration –10%;
•   Manage company social media accounts –20%;
•   Prepare marketing data report and campaign proposals –15%

Requirements/ Must-Haves:
•   In-progress or completion of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business or a relevant field, a concentration in Marketing is a plus
•   At least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field;
•   Basic Photoshop and AI skills;
•   Experience with social media marketing, being familiar with WeChat is a plus
•   Advanced in Microsoft Excel, PPT, Word, and etc
•   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
•   Legally entitled to work in Canada
•   Strong organization skills

Assets/ Nice-to-Haves:
•   Experience with content marketing and SEO;
•   Experience in event planning or marketing campaign arrangements;
•   Be creative and have good at graphic design skills;
•   Social media experience with using WeChat
•   Ability to communicate using Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) for foreign communication is ideal
•   Passion for food and love for learning new recipes
